At Lights Out Coffee Company, we brew more than coffee — we craft purpose. Founded by a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, seasoned boxer and martial artist, avid motorcyclist, and now (as of December 31, 2025) retired Colonel of the U.S. Army Reserve, our mission is as bold as our beans.

Our blends are a tribute to discipline, strength, and precision — whether you're gearing up for a 6 AM call shift, a morning motorcycle ride, or an oh-dark-30 mission. We believe coffee should punch like a knockout, be smooth like inducing an anesthetic, and calming like riding a 1975 Norton 850 Commando on a twisting country road.
